From our very first meeting, her proposed layout and design were refreshingly unorthodox, showing us that not all BTO homes have to look the same. Throughout the process, she was patient with our (sometimes fickle) decision-making and always found creative “best of both worlds” solutions that worked perfectly for us.

He was also good at asking us questions on things we should consider to support us in making important decisions for our house. Would also recommend LOME Interior company because of their contractor. I would like to share a honest positive review of ID Alvin from LOME. We had reached out and met with several interior designers, but ultimately decided to work with Alvin within the same week. We had full confidence of him handling our new bto house with the way he talk on our first meeting!
From the outset, Alvin was highly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable on all aspects, including materials, quality, and more. He provided valuable insights and clearly explained the dos and don’ts of our ideas – kitchen cabinets / consoles / etc. Prior to our first meeting, we had already prepared a PowerPoint presentation with our clear detailed requirements, which allowed him to provide tailored advice and quotes, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from the start.
We first met in June, began purchasing tiles in July, collected our BTO keys in November, and completed the renovation in first week of December. Everything was within schedule given by Alvin. Throughout the process, there were no significant issues, as communication with Alvin was seamless and clear via whatsapp / meet up.
We highly recommend Alvin for his prompt communication, expertise, and hassle-free service. No regrets for choosing him to be our ID!
