After getting the keys to our resale house, me & my fiancée was on our first day of ID hunting, LOME being the 2nd ID firm we went to. And we were warmly greeted by Mr Barry who make the whole meet-up comfortable for us, first timers doing a renovation for our dream house. Quotations were done up quickly after giving him some of our ideas, attractive packages offered were described in details. Mr Barry was very professional in his work, making sure we understand the work that is to be done in full details while still open to our crazy ideas; while other shortlisted IDs invited were done within 10mins, Mr Barry carefully & patiently explain to us for 2 plus hours! Don't get us wrong, that was what made us choose LOME!

After comparing 5 IDs from Online portals, I have concluded my contract with Louis from LOME. The reason is not about pricing but his passion, knowledge and honesty. In fact, his pricing is not the lowest I gotten after comparing. The whole process went very smooth and fast, and to my surprise the workmanship is fantastic, despite the short renovation period. This is the first time i renovated my own house and i was very grateful to have met MR Louis as my ID. Mr louis have been generous in quoting a reasonable price and im satisfied with package offer. we did homework and realised that only LOME Interior could offer us a reasonable best price. Louis did a great job with our renovation. Home renovation is perhaps one of the most daunting task to first home owners. You don’t know what to expect. Most times, you end up feeling vexed about decisions to be made as well as the vast options out there. With Louis, all of these concerns were lessened. He manages the entire project so smoothly and makes the whole experience manageable and less stressful for the home owners. He is always there whenever you need him. After seeing their ad on FB i went to lome interior and met Lucas and Alvin. They were very upfront with me and what i can do with my limited budget. After comparing many quotes i decided to go with Lome Interior. I had to be overseas during the enitre renovation period and i was very worried as it was my 1st time purchase of a flat. Alvin was very helpful and assured me that everything will go smoothly. Stilll being scepticle as i have heard so many horror stories from friends with their experience with contractors. we also had to rush for time as 7th month was just a few days after the targeted handover. During the whole reno period, Alvin has done a fantastic job co-ordinating everything including with 3rd party contractors that i engaged (air con, lighting). Using video calls and photos to update me. Everything went smoothly and even manage to handover before the proposed date. All the materials Lome used are of good quality and i'm very satisfied. Another good point i must add is their after sales service. after moving in for 3mths, a small section of my wall n paint had hairline cracks. I spoke to Alvin and he arranged for the walls to be repainted without any hesitant. So to sum up everything, the price was good without any hidden cost, material and workmanship are of good quality and the whole experience was a pleasant process. I highly recommend them. I was introduced to Mr. Louis by my mum. Mr. Louis did a fantastic job for both my mum’s house and mine. His creativity in his work speaks for itself. The renovation process was smooth and efficient. He managed to stick with the budget we’ve given him and is opened to changes. I like the fact that he also gave us the necessary reality checks. All in all, whatever that was promised, he delivered.
